Cap Puckhaber is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University, where he also played intramural sports like club ice hockey and indoor soccer.

Cap has held key roles at Audible and Amazon, where he led marketing strategies for new member growth at Audible and contributed to launching the Professional Beauty category at Amazon. He also managed demand generation for Amazon’s Consumer Electronics division, improving traffic and conversions.

With expertise in leadership, project management, and data-driven marketing, Cap has successfully managed high-profile accounts and multi-million-dollar budgets. Raised in a military family, he developed resilience and adaptability, having lived in various states and Okinawa, Japan. After the pandemic, Cap moved to Reno, Nevada, where he founded Black Diamond Marketing Solutions to help SMBs thrive through digital marketing. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and facilitating dharma meetings.
